2. Information we collect
Website leads & account signup
- Name, work email, phone, country, company, and interest details you submit on the leads form
- Account details you provide when you sign up on platform.bitlyne.in
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (typical server / hosting logs)
Platform (customer organizations)
- Account and organization data needed to operate the service (users, seats, configuration, business records you create)
- Usage and security logs required to run, protect, and support the service
Customer business records belong to the customer organization. We process them to provide the platform — we do not sell that content.
3. How we use information
- Respond to leads and support requests
- Operate, secure, and improve the Bitlyne platform
- Communicate service notices and product updates you reasonably expect as a user
- Meet legal obligations and protect against abuse
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on one or more of: contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, responding to inquiries), consent (where we ask for it), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only when needed:
- Infrastructure and email providers that process data on our instructions
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law
- A successor entity if Bitlyne is involved in a reorganization or acquisition (with appropriate protections)
We do not sell personal information.

Bitlyne may process data in India and other regions where our infrastructure or support operates. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
7. Retention
Website leads are kept as long as needed to evaluate and respond, then archived or deleted according to our internal schedules. Platform customer data is retained per the customer’s configuration (including retention and legal-hold controls in product) and our contractual obligations.
8. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures appropriate to operating a multi-tenant business platform. Product controls such as organization isolation, access management, and activity audit are described on Trust & compliance and the Security summary.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information we hold about you, or object to certain processing. Contact info@bitlyne.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
10. Children
Bitlyne is a business service and is not directed to children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product and our practices mature. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision. Material changes for active customers will be communicated through reasonable channels.
