1. Agreement
“Bitlyne” means the website at this domain and the hosted business platform service operated by us. If you use Bitlyne on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
2. Service & free trial
Bitlyne is a released hosted platform. Features may evolve over time; paid plans and entitlements follow in-product billing. Free trial access may be time-boxed and revoked for misuse or inactivity. Availability SLAs, if any, are as agreed in writing for Enterprise or stated in your plan terms.
3. Accounts & organizations
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your users and seats
- Organization admins control access, packages, and configuration within their tenant
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service beyond normal use
- Attempt to access another organization’s data
- Upload malware or abusive content
- Resell the platform itself except through Marketplace terms we publish for publishers
5. Customer content & packages
You retain rights to your business content and package meta that you create. You grant Bitlyne a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. Marketplace publishers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, pricing representations, and package contents they publish.
6. Marketplace
Installing a package from Marketplace does not transfer ownership of Bitlyne’s platform. Paid listings, entitlements, and refunds (if any) follow the in-product billing terms and any publisher-specific terms disclosed at purchase.
7. AI Agent
Bitlyne Agent assists with authoring configuration (“meta”). You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in production. Mutating agent actions may require human confirmation where enabled.
8. Intellectual property
Bitlyne’s software, branding, and documentation remain our property (and our licensors’). These terms do not sell the platform to you — they grant a limited right to use the service.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public information about the service or your evaluation should be treated as confidential unless we agree otherwise or the information is already public through no fault of yours.
10. Disclaimers
Except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing, Bitlyne is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitlyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or platform. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the service, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using Bitlyne at any time. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, confidentiality) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; material service changes for paying customers will be communicated reasonably.
